What is SHRU Cloud?
SHRU Cloud (Service Hub for Repair & Unlock) is a cloud based, white-label platform for businesses that sell phone unlocks, IMEI checks, tool rentals and digital codes. Each licence gives you a branded storefront for your customers, a private control center for your team, and the SHRU Cloud API for resellers and other platforms. It connects to SHRU Cloud, Dhru Fusion, Dhru Pro and GSMTheme suppliers, processes orders automatically without cron jobs, and records every balance change on a private blockchain ledger.
What does SHRU stand for?
Service Hub for Repair & Unlock. SHRU Cloud is the cloud based platform built around that idea: a storefront, a control center and the SHRU Cloud API, in one licence.
Does SHRU Cloud use blockchain technology?
Yes. Every customer's balance history is kept on a private blockchain: each top-up, order, refund and adjustment is a block linked to the one before it by its SHA-256 hash, so changing any past entry would break the chain. The database refuses edits and deletes, every chain is verified each hour, and customers can check any block in the public block explorer. It runs inside your own platform, not on a public network, and involves no cryptocurrency.
Do I need to set up cron jobs?
No. Order processing, the price and catalogue update, email delivery and the hourly blockchain check all run on their own. There is not a single cron job to add to your server.
How fast are orders processed?
Orders are processed in about 5 to 30 seconds after they are placed, then tracked automatically until the supplier answers. How long the supplier itself takes depends on the service. Prices and catalogues update from your suppliers every 15 minutes, and custom field input is corrected automatically for every order.
What is the difference between a fixed and a quantity service?
A fixed service is one order for one result: the customer enters an IMEI, a serial number or an account and pays one price. A quantity service lets the customer choose how many, such as credits or activations, within a minimum and maximum you set, and the price is the unit price times the quantity. Only whole quantities are accepted.
What is the difference between Rejected and Refunded?
Rejected means the order could not be done, and the full price goes back to the customer's wallet straight away. Refunded means the order is closed for good: a completed order gets its price back to the wallet, and a rejected order, which was already paid back, is only closed, so nothing is ever refunded twice.
Can customers appeal an order?
Yes. A customer can appeal a completed order from the order itself, with a reason and photo or video proof. Your team gets an alert in Telegram, sees the proof and every earlier submission, and can refund the order, ask for better proof or block further appeals on that order.
Is SHRU Cloud an alternative to Dhru Fusion?
SHRU Cloud is a complete platform of its own, with its own storefront, control center and SHRU Cloud API. It also speaks the Dhru Fusion API, so it can buy from Dhru Fusion, Dhru Pro and GSMTheme suppliers, and resellers who use Dhru Fusion software can connect to your platform as they are.
How much does SHRU Cloud cost?
A licence costs $29.99 for 1 month, $83.99 for 3 months, $155.99 for 6 months or $299.99 for 12 months. Every term includes every feature, with unlimited orders, transactions and customers. Cloud storage for media and uploads is an optional add-on, from $1.00 a month for 100 GB up to 50 TB.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Suppliers, services, prices, payment methods, branding, the landing page and the blog are all managed from the control center. Even custom supplier connections through PHP Direct are set up with forms, not code.
Which suppliers can I connect?
Other SHRU Cloud platforms through the SHRU Cloud API, plus Dhru Fusion, Dhru Pro, GSMTheme, and any API you can describe through PHP Direct. You can run several suppliers of the same type side by side, and each one keeps its own catalogue and balance.
Can my resellers connect their own software?
Yes. Developers use the SHRU Cloud API with the free SDKs for PHP, Node.js, Python and .NET, and the starter kits on GitHub. Software that already works with Dhru Fusion can also connect as it is, because your platform answers as a Dhru Fusion API. Every key is locked to the IP addresses you allow.
What happens when a supplier does not answer?
The order is held. It is not refunded and not sent again, because the supplier may already have it. The money stays where it is and your team gets an alert to check and decide. Clear answers are handled automatically.
How do my customers pay?
Customers top up a wallet and pay for orders from it. You can offer the built-in S-PayWay gateway and any number of manual methods, such as bank transfer, each with its own limits. You also choose which methods each customer may use.
Which languages does the storefront support?
English, Khmer, Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Kurdish (Sorani), Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Urdu and Vietnamese.
Can customers see prices in their own currency?
Yes. You choose which currencies to offer, from more than 150, and each customer picks one in their account settings. Service prices, balances, top-ups, invoices and emails then show in that currency, with the US dollar amount beside it. Rates update every 30 minutes from a live source with an automatic backup, never below a floor rate you set, or you can fix a rate yourself. Charges and balances always stay in US dollars, so your books never change.
What happens if my licence term ends?
Nothing stops on the day. A 14-day grace period starts, and your team gets a daily reminder in Telegram. If the licence is still not renewed after that, only new orders pause. Customers can still sign in and see their history and balance, and nothing is deleted. Renewals continue from your current end date, so paid days are never lost.
Is my platform separate from other businesses?
Yes. Each licence is its own installation with its own database. Your customers, orders, prices and ledger belong to your platform only.
Can SHRU Cloud see my data?
We host and maintain your platform, so our technical team can reach it to set it up, keep it updated and help when you ask. We would rather say that plainly than promise what no hosted service can. Your data belongs to you: it is never sold, and never used for anything other than running your platform. Each licence has its own database, and you can download your customers, orders, transactions and services at any time from your control center.
Where is my platform hosted?
On Google Cloud, in the data center region you choose when your platform is set up, such as Singapore, Tokyo or Frankfurt. Cloud Drive files, the Media library and customer uploads are stored on Backblaze B2, S3-compatible cloud storage.
Can I sell physical products too?
Yes. The Store module adds a cart, product variants, VAT, couriers, store pickup, delivery tracking and country rules, all paid from the same wallet. It stays switched off until you need it.
Who makes SHRU Cloud?
SHRU Cloud is a product of S-SERVER Pte. Ltd., Cambodia. You can reach the team on Telegram, and the developer kits are published on GitHub.
