How much does SHRU Cloud cost?
A licence costs $29.99 for 1 month, $83.99 for 3 months, $155.99 for 6 months or $299.99 for 12 months. Every term includes every feature, with unlimited orders, transactions and customers. Hosting on a shared cloud server is included. Cloud Storage for media and uploads starts with 1.68 MB free. Add 100 GB for $1.00 a month, up to 50 TB.
What is the difference between shared and dedicated cloud?
A shared cloud is a managed cloud server we run for you, included with your licence at no extra cost, with never more than 25 platforms on it. It is ready now in Singapore, Netherlands and Iowa. In other regions it works by waitlist: a new shared server opens once 5 buyers join. A dedicated cloud is a whole server for your platform alone, from 4 vCPU and 4 GB of memory, paid by the month. Both run the same platform, with every feature and the same security.
Is my data safe on a shared cloud?
Yes. A shared cloud shares the server, never your data. Your platform is kept apart from every other platform on it, we keep the server and its security up to date for you, and your control center stays on its own private domain, reached only from devices you approve. Choose dedicated when your business needs a whole server to itself.
Is cloud storage included?
Every platform starts with 1.68 MB of Cloud Storage free, for media, Cloud Drive files and customer uploads. Most businesses start with 100 GB. You can add a bigger size from the Subscription page of your control center at any time. Buying the same size again extends it, and a different size starts a new storage term from that day.
Is the Build & price total the final price?
It uses our current list prices in US dollars. Your distributor or our team confirms the final price before you pay, and a distributor may add their own payment or transfer fee.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes. Your storefront runs on your own domain, and your control center on a separate private domain. Build & price can check whether the domain you want is still free.
How do I pay?
Buy from an authorized distributor in your country, or contact us. Licence time is paid with a code that works only for your platform's License ID, redeemed in your control center under Subscription.
