Add funds
Top up your balance with one of the payment methods on offer.
- Open Purchase Credit from the account menu, or press Add on the dashboard.
- Choose a payment method. Its limits and fee are shown on it.
- Enter the amount you want to add and check the summary: the fee, the total to pay and your new balance.
- Press Continue to Payment. An invoice is created for this payment.
Online payment
You are taken to the payment page. Once the payment is confirmed, the amount is added to your balance automatically.
Manual payment
The payment details are shown, often with a QR code to scan and a payment reference. Use Copy details to copy them. Pay exactly the total shown and include the reference, then send proof of payment to support if the page asks for it. The amount is added once the payment is confirmed.
Good to knowThe fee is paid on top. Your balance always grows by the exact amount you chose.
