Order statuses
What each status means and what happens to your money.
- In Queued: paid and waiting to start.
- In Process: paid and being worked on.
- Completed: done. Open the order to see the result.
- In Review: you appealed the result and it is being checked.
- Rejected: it could not be done. The full price is back in your balance automatically.
- Refunded: closed with the price returned to your balance.
Good to knowYou never need to ask for the money of a rejected order. It returns by itself, and you can see it in your Ledger.
How long does an order take?
Each service shows its usual delivery time. Some finish in minutes, others take longer.
My order is rejected. Can I try again?
Yes. Check the details you entered and place a new order. The price of the rejected one is already back in your balance.
