Protect your account
Add a passkey or an authenticator app as a second step at sign-in.
With a second step, a stolen password is not enough to enter your account. It also lets you reset a forgotten password yourself.
Passkeys
A passkey uses your phone, computer or security key, unlocked with your fingerprint, face or PIN.
- Open My Account > Security.
- Under Passkeys, choose Add a passkey and enter your current password.
- Follow your device's prompt and give the passkey a name you will recognise.
Authenticator app
- Install an authenticator app on your phone.
- Choose Enable Two-Factor Authentication and scan the QR code with the app.
- Enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm.
TipAdd more than one passkey, for example your phone and your computer, so losing one device never locks you out.
