Forgot your password
Reset it by email, then confirm it is you with your passkey or authenticator app.
- On the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password?.
- Enter your Username and press Send Reset Link.
- Open the email and click the link. It works only once and for a short time.
- Confirm it is you with your passkey or the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
- Choose a new password and press Reset Password.
ImportantA reset needs a passkey or an authenticator app on the account. Without one, the email tells you to contact support instead. Set one up now so you never get stuck: Protect your account.
Good to knowFor your safety, the page always gives the same answer whether or not the username exists.
