Store orders and delivery
Track your order, confirm it arrived, or cancel it in time.
Your store orders are grouped by stage: to ship, to receive, completed, in review and cancelled.
- Tracking: follow the parcel once it has been sent.
- Confirm received: tell the store it arrived. Orders are also completed automatically some days after delivery.
- Cancel and refund: a new order waits a short while for the store to start on it. If nothing has happened when that time runs out, you can cancel it yourself, and the full amount returns to your balance at once. Once it has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
