Appeal a completed order
If a result is wrong, ask for it to be checked again.
An appeal asks the team to look at a completed order again. It is possible only on completed orders that can still be appealed.
- Open the completed order in My Orders.
- Explain the problem in Reason for Appeal. Be clear and short.
- Add photos, a video or a link as proof if the form offers it. Good proof makes the check faster.
- Press Submit Appeal. The order now shows In Review.
When the check is done, the order is either refunded to your balance or the appeal is not accepted, with the reason shown on the order.
TipYour appeals and their answers are listed under Appeals in the My Orders menu.
Good to knowAn order can be appealed again only if the form is offered again. A rejected appeal shows Previous Appeal Rejected with the reason.
